SUCCESSIFUL POULTRY PROJECT

This is Pastor Mmanga, pastor in charge at Uswaa and Albert Shuma, the teacher at Uroki who is in charge of the chicken project.

This project was initially funded by members of Southwood Lutheran Church.

Under a good Leadership of Mr Richard Msuya; the Headmaster and other staff; the School constructed two barns which accomodate more than 100 chicken.

We thank God to see this project achieving so much today.

It will improve not only the health of the people here but also the community mindset on running small economic projects as such.

This is socioeconomic liberation to the people of Uswaa and Tanzania at large.
Students are inspired and some have started thinking of rearing chickens when they complete the first education cycle waiting to go for the next level.

BUT ; it did not come so easily.
We were told how Our sisters and brothers in South-wood Lutheran Church fund-raised these funds. We remember been told of a Pastor dancing CHICKEN DANCE. (just for me and my kinsmen). What a great Love.
We are all the beneficiaries of the generosity of our Brothers and Sisters of Southwood Lutheran Church. Asanteni sana

We arel indebted to thank them all for the Christian love they have shown us

.

Big up Uroki.
Truly; Let there be light.
Let there be light to empower the powerless.
Let there be light to recover the lost.
Let there be light to liberate the oppressed.
Let there be light to accept the rejected.
Let there be light to inspire the discouraged.
Let there be light to accommodate the abandoned.
Let there be light to give light to those in darkness.
Let there be light to give purpose to purposeless.
Truly; Let there be light.
